These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AI Gateway (“the Service”), an OpenAI-compatible LLM routing platform operated by PT Dimensi Karya Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”) under the IsekaiDimension.ID brand.
By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AI Gateway provides API access to large language models through a unified, OpenAI-compatible endpoint. The Service includes user account management, API key issuance, usage metering, credit-based billing, and request routing to third-party model providers.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes that affect API availability.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
Sign-in is provided via Google OAuth and, when enabled by the operator, Ethereum wallet authentication. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of unauthorized access to your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or pose a security risk.

You are solely responsible for the content of prompts and outputs generated through your API keys, subject to the policies of upstream model providers.
Access to paid models is metered through a prepaid credit balance. Each model alias has its own per-token pricing. Credits are deducted based on actual usage recorded in request logs.
When payment top-up features are enabled, purchases may be processed through third-party payment providers (including cryptocurrency processors). All sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law. Unused credits have no cash value and are non-transferable between accounts.
We may adjust pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new rates.
The Service routes requests to independent LLM providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of those providers. Outages, model deprecations, or policy changes at upstream providers may affect your access without notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that outputs from AI models will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose. You should not rely on model outputs for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions without independent verification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT Dimensi Karya Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons with reasonable notice where practicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
