This Privacy Policy describes how PT Dimensi Karya Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use AI Gateway (“the Service”) at IsekaiDimension.ID.

• Account data — name, email address, and profile picture from Google OAuth; optional Ethereum wallet address when wallet sign-in is enabled
• API usage data — model requested, token counts, timestamps, HTTP status, latency, and associated API key identifiers
• Billing data — credit balance, transaction history, and payment references when top-up features are used
• Session data — server-side session identifiers stored in cookies for authenticated portal access
• Technical data — IP address, user agent, and request metadata for security and abuse prevention

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Authenticate you and manage your account
• Provide API routing, metering, and credit billing
• Display usage dashboards and request history in the user portal
• Detect abuse, enforce rate limits, and maintain platform security
• Process payments and maintain financial records when applicable
• Improve reliability and troubleshoot incidents

4. Request Logs

API requests are logged for operational and billing purposes. Logs include metadata such as model name, token usage, and response status. Depending on operator configuration, administrators may have access to request and response bodies for debugging; the user portal does not expose full request/response bodies to end users.

Prompt and completion content may be forwarded to third-party LLM providers to fulfill your API requests. Those providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.

5. Cookies & Sessions

We use essential cookies to maintain your signed-in session in the user portal (user_session). These cookies are required for authentication and are not used for advertising.

You can clear cookies through your browser settings, which will sign you out of the portal.

6. Third-Party Services

We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the Service:

• Google — OAuth authentication
• LLM providers — API request forwarding (e.g. OpenAI-compatible and Anthropic-compatible upstreams)
• Payment processors — credit top-up processing when enabled
• Infrastructure providers — hosting and database services

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

7. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Request logs and billing records are retained for operational, security, and accounting purposes. Retention periods may vary based on operator policy and legal requirements.

When an account is deleted or disabled, we will delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through IsekaiDimension.ID.

You may revoke Google OAuth access through your Google account settings. Disabling your account through an administrator will prevent future sign-in.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed session tokens, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes may be communicated through the Service where appropriate.
